This section explains what the app means when it says things like “last 24 hours”, and how we turn official reports into a driver-friendly view of Northern Ireland prices.
Quick definitions
- Fresh 24h means a station has at least one petrol or diesel price updated within the last 24 hours.
- Freshness dots (green/amber/red) are about how old a station’s last update is, not whether price went up or down.
- Trend arrows in daily snapshots show average movement: green down is usually good; red up is usually bad.
