Sources

Official UK Fuel Finder reports (as stations comply with reporting rules).
Fuel Watch NI quality filters (outliers, stale prices, and obvious unit mistakes).
Driver reports via the “Report” tool, which are reviewed and forwarded where appropriate.

Coverage

Coverage is shown as “reporting stations” vs “possible stations”. Reporting counts can change during the day as forecourts update (or don’t).

Update frequency

Fuel Watch NI checks for updates regularly and refreshes the public artifacts whenever new source data lands. If the upstream source hasn’t published new prices, the site can still be “healthy” while the data is unchanged.
