Terms of use

FuelWatchNI is run by F Brennan, an individual in Northern Ireland. By using FuelWatchNI you agree to these terms.

Information only

• Prices are as reported by retailers, each with the time it was reported. They can be out of date or wrong, and a retailer may change a price at any time. The price at the pump is the one you pay.
• Averages, colours and sorting are a guide based on the prices we have, not advice.
• Distances are road estimates and some map pins have not yet been checked. Directions are provided by Apple Maps or Google Maps; follow road signs and the law.
• Station names, addresses and fuel availability come from published data and may not match what you see on site.

No warranty

FuelWatchNI is provided free, as it is, without any guarantee that it is accurate, complete or available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it.

Fair use

Please do not use automated tools to make large numbers of requests, try to disrupt the service, or submit false price feedback. We may limit requests to keep the service working for everyone.

Data and licences

Price and map data are used under the licences listed on the Attributions page.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland deal with any dispute about them.
